Rönsy is a one-of-a-kind fiber wall hanging made by hand from Icelandic sheepskin, locally sourced alpaca and wool, combining felting, weaving, braiding, and hand-worked fibers. Loose lengths of wool, soft curls, dense felted sections and open woven details come together in an intentionally asymmetrical composition.
Each Rönsy is made individually, allowing the natural character of the wool to shape the finished piece. No two are exactly alike.
Available in four tonal colorways:
Oat — soft ivory, cream and pale natural tones
Malt — warm caramel, camel and toasted browns
Truffle — earthy brown, taupe and deeper natural tones
Sesame — soft grey, stone, cream and speckled neutrals
Suspended from a simple dark wood dowel and ready to hang.
Natural variations in color, curl and texture are inherent to the materials and are part of the piece.
